Finance Manager - Part Time

Our client is a corporate business that is looking to strengthen their accounting department by adding a Finance Manager. Our client is willing to consider a reduced hours' week for this Finance Manager. You will be supporting the Finance Director to manage the small team and produce the accounts. Our clients can offer a good work-life balance and a warm culture within the finance function.

You will be responsible for:

• The production of the statutory accounts
• Preparation of the corporate tax returns and the overall performance across the business
• You will assess project appraisals to see whether improvements can be made.
• You will be responsible for the companies' banking and treasury.
• You will also prepare and review the budgets, forecasts and the plans for the business.

What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team and developing the procedures and policies. You will be a qualified accountant who is capable of the technical accounting elements.
