Finance Manager - £55,000

Your new company:

A £7m turnover family-owned manufacturer, and market leader within their niche field, with plans for sustainable growth.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Management accounts/year-end trial balance/ad hoc financial reports
• Payroll, pension and statutory submissions for 60+ employees
• Purchase/sales ledger/credit control for £7 million + turnover
• Bank reconciliation, currency transactions
• Two additional small company accounts for group subsidiaries, VAT and other required submissions
• Negotiating contracts and overseeing various administrative processes.
• The position would involve a high level of hands-on involvement in day-to-day accounts functions/bookkeeping, along with a small element of supervision.

This opportunity will be great for you if…

• Qualified or Qualified by experience would be considered
•  Sage experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred, although not essential
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the finance function of a small SME
