They are currently seeking a Finance Officer (part-time 21-28 hours) to support the Finance Team from January 8th 2024 to April 30th 2024. This organisation values it’s people and offers hybrid working.
You will be responsible for ensuring that travel and expense claims are being submitted in accordance with the charity’s policy and invoices are correctly approved and coded for payment.
You will be confident in using Quickbooks - the charity’s financial management system and the role involves a high-level of interpersonal skills through which to build positive relationships across a wide range of stakeholders as well as the ability to work flexibly to help the Corporate Services Team to meet deadlines and other ad-hoc demands.
You will work closely with all members of the Corporate Services Team, reporting to the Head of Finance and will provide designated support to the finance function to ensure that the effective operation of the charity’s financial processes. You will have hands-on experience of Quickbooks, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to dealing with the day-to-day demands of the role.
