Job Description:

Finance Officer

- Banking - undertaking all regular and ad hoc banking payments and account transfers.

- Liaise with the external HR consultants and the external accountant to ensure that payroll is processed correctly

- Ensure day-to-day management of business finances

- Keep finance processes and systems up to date

- Internal queries and deal with any escalated issues

- Produce reports for senior management and participate in Finance meetings

- Oversee the management and administration of the Company bank accounts

- Liaise with the Directors and the external accountant to ensure that all financial accounting and statutory requirements are fulfilled

- Audit and record supplier invoices and compile for payment

- Accounts Payable

Person Specification

- Able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, and a strong awareness of GDPR

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines

- Proficient working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and email packages
