Description

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with accounting team for monthly and annual closings.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support in financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the property industry's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:
