Finance Service Desk Analyst
£30k plus benefits
Leeds – 5 days per week onsite
Fruition IT are recruiting a Finance Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a global professional services organisation based in Leeds.
As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be delivering 1st line support to a variety of end users within the finance department, addressing general finance problems whilst resolving or escalating incidents and requests as required.
What will I be doing?
- Managing and escalating tickets across various workstreams
- Ensuring a timely level of support within agreed SLAs
- Working closely with finance and business teams to ensure tickets are managed within agreed policies/guidelines
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to end users
- Assisting with creation of process documentation and reporting
What do I need?
- Previous experience using ticketing platforms
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Stakeholder management
- Proficiency to work to strict SLAs
- Able to communicate effectively with non-technical end users
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
