The Company
This client is a large retail firm, who is growing and building their brand.
The Role
As a Finance Team Leader you will be reporting to the Head of Accounts and responsible for the daily processing of key accounts functions such as bank, purchase ledger, reconciliations, payment runs. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the Finance team.
You will be involved in the following duties
* Managing the Finance Team
* Monthly balance sheet/bank/invoice reconciliations
* Processing and maintaining Purchase & Sales Ledger invoices
* Expenses
* Payment runs
* Review invoices
* Other ad hoc accounts department administration duties
* Create and process invoices
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience of working in an accounts role
* 2 years manager experience
* Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* A proactive and process-driven approach.
* Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
* Team player who works well meeting daily and month end demands.
