Finance Transformation Manager / Senior Manager

A boutique Transformation and Transactions Consulting firm are actively growing their presence in the market and are looking for a Finance TransformationSenior Manager to join their Transformation Pillar and support clients on complex and challenging engagements, along with facilitate the growth of their offering.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of Finance Transformation projects across ctop tier clients in a variety of industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance their financial efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strong background in finance, management consulting experience, excellent programme and project management skills, and the ability to lead teams through change.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:
   • Lead and manage Finance Transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
   • Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders and decision makers in client organisations to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for transformation.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
3. Financial Process Optimisation:
   • Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing financial processes, systems, and controls.
   • Develop, implement and deliver strategies to optimise financial processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall financial performance.
4. Change Management:
   • Drive the adoption of new financial processes and technologies through effective change management strategies.
   • Work closely with teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in leading Finance Transformation projects with a focus on process improvement and operating model
• Proven Management Consulting experience working across clients in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, and/or Transport.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
