Financial Accountant
circa £70k Plus Healthcare, Pension, 25 days Annual Leave
Based in Hemel Hempstead
Hybrid working on offer - 2 days a week in the office
Our client is a global business employing around 4000 employees. Are you an experienced and qualified Accountant available to fulfil a 12 month FTC? Our client is a fantastic employer, and the role is based in a great working environment. You will need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week.
Your role will be to take over some of the day to day accounting tasks, whilst the core team support on an ERP implementation project.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Financial Accountant with month end close, analysing OPEX
- Ad hoc reporting, variance analysis
- Reviewing Bank recs
- Cash allocation
- Balance sheets recs
- Monthly close of stock
- Reviewing AR, and CC
- VAT reporting & reconciliation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant
- Intermediate Excel
- Navision
- Oracle, Hyperion
- Solid AP/AR experience
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of VAT reporting
- Knowledge of FX, multiple currencies and treasury reporting would be useful
