Financial Accountant

Robert Half is actively seeking a talented individual to spearhead financial operations across five holding entities within the manufacturing sector based in the heart of Gloucester. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring financial precision and compliance in this dynamic manufacturing environment. The role will report directly into the Financial Director working in a team of 3.

Position: Technical Accountant

Location: Gloucester (Hybrid, 2/3 days onsite)

Day Rate: £300pd - £320pd (Via Umbrella)

Duration: 4 -5 Months

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of financial's
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations
• Manage cash flow responsibilities for the group
• Lead month-end reporting for four holding entities, consolidating data for the overarching holding
• Provide support during the audit process, ensuring seamless execution and compliance
• Conduct additional regulatory reporting, including analysis of trade debtors and cash flow

Requirements:

• Audit experience, with the ability to manage audits effectively
• Qualified: CIMA/ACA/ACCA
• Availability for 2-3 days in the office per week
