Financial Controller

Next Chapter Talent have partnered with an established and thriving manufacturing & property development specialist in their search for a seasoned Financial Controller. Due to considerable recent growth, this flourishing company are looking for an ambitious professional with strong hands-on expertise within fast-paced SMEs to help facilitate further exciting growth goals.

Job Overview:

• Take charge of all aspects of the business's day-to-day accounting operations, covering accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Generate high-quality financial data, including month-end and management accounts, to guide strategic decision-making.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives, aligning the company's accounting system with broader business goals.
• Implement and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective monitoring. Lead and nurture the team to success.

Key Requirements:

• Over three years of proven experience in a similar role.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified chartered accountant.
• Proficient in financial software tools, including Xero and Excel.
• Possess a commercially minded, pragmatic, and proactive approach.
• Solid background in financial reporting and accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are imperative.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• This is a full-time, office-based position.

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: £50,000.00-£62,000.00 per year. Schedule: Monday to Friday
