Financial Controller

Are you a current or an aspiring Financial Controller? Can you work onsite in Swansea 5 days a week? If so we have a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who need a Financial Controller to support the SMT and oversee the day to day running of the finance function. You'll be a part or fully qualified accountant (QBE will also be considered) who has excellent financial planning, financial reporting and cashflow management experience. As an accountant who enjoys process and efficiency improvements this role has a lovely mix of day to day BAU as well as project related work. The position will ensure that workloads are completed to timescales and that monthly accounting is analysed to ensure optimal performance, mitigate risk and optimise opportunities. This really is a fantastic role for someone who has excellent people skills, a commercial outlook and strong technical accounting knowledge. This role is based onsite 5 days a week with the potential to relax this to 4 days in the medium term.
