Duties will include
- Lead and guide an enthusiastic team of four, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Shape the month-end and close process, ensuring timely reporting within a four-day deadline.
- Oversee group reporting and compliance.
- Take charge of P&L and balance sheet management.
- Skilfully manage cash flow and statutory reporting.
- Drive efficiency improvements, streamline processes, and develop new systems.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, where your ideas can become reality.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, showcasing your expertise in technical accounting, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
- Proven experience of managing month-end processes and meeting tight deadlines.
- Large company, change management experience
- Strong people management skills, allowing you to lead and inspire your team to greatness.
