About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Provide financial support to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry.
