Experience:

• Execute financial accounting and forecasting
• Present reports and metrics to leadership
• Supervise all financial management aspects, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Establish and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Guarantee adherence to accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and scrutinise financial statements and reports
• Supervise cash flow and manage working capital
• Liaise with external auditors for annual audits
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
• Prepare monthly management accounts

About you:

• Experience in the Hotel Finance and Accountancy field
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller/ Assistant Controller or similar role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
