Job Description
- Manage and oversee all financial operations within the company
- Develop and maintain financial control procedures
- Lead financial planning and decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
- Manage and develop a team of financial staff
- Work with other department heads to optimise financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial control and management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
