Salary Delighted to announce we have been retained to recruit a newly created Finance Director role for a growing Consultancy organisation.
This client has very recently engaged in a strategic partnership with a US equivalent, with a view to completing a full merger within the next 2 years, and global HQ being in London.
As such, this creates for an incredible journey & role, as my client embarks on the next stage of their growth plan.
As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for helping the SLT to realise their strategic goals, along with having full autonomy for the Finance Department.
There is full scope for the successful applicant to style the department, systems and processes, in a manner that they see best.
We are looking for somebody intellectually curious, a leader who can come in and completely re-style the Finance Department, whilst helping my client to realise a full merger with their strategic partner, and ensuring through results, trust & respect, that HQ for the combined firms will be in London.
Generous six figure salary + bonus + benefits (3 days a week in office in London)
