Ivy Rock Partners are pleased to be working with an outstanding University in their search for an Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join their team. You would be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for progression long term in an excellent organisation.

It is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days in the office which is based in Holborn.

They are looking for someone who is:

• Bright and ambitious
• Part qualified looking to continue with their studies
• Experienced with Excel to an advanced level
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Clear in their written and communication skills

Role responsibilities:

• Assist the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager/(s) with maintenance of budget models, collating information from various systems to produce analysis of year to date actual results and future projections.
• Maintain and update information within the School’s financial forecasting model.
• Carry out month-end processes such as journal preparation.
• Produce regular, timely and accurate financial information to assist with management decisions.
• Work with the Procurement team to ensure value for money across the School.
• Ad hoc analysis and appraisal.
