Job Description
- Preparation and submission of statutory financial statements.
- Liaison with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Providing technical accounting advice to internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Preparation of reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts.
- Assisting with ad hoc reporting as required.
The Successful Applicant
- A recognised accounting qualification out of practice (ACA, ACCA)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Audit experience would be beneficial
- experience with US GAAP would be preferred
- Financial reporting experience would be necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.
