Your new role
As the Financial Reporting and Controls Manager, you will be reporting to the Financial Director. Your duties will be to manage and lead a wide group of accounting staff to produce the Financial and Management reporting for the business.

• You will produce board reports and detailed analysis.You will consolidate the group accounts and deliver the forecasting and business planning.
• Preparation of forecasts to help operational and strategic decision-making of the business.
• Forecasts will include a full suite of financial statements and KPIs specific to your area of responsibility.
• You provide detailed analysis, providing variance analysis for senior management and regular updating of forecasts to help manage the business.
• Review and management of the month-end financial close
• Develop current Reporting and forecasting models and investigate ways to deliver cost savings / efficiencies.

What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with post-qualification experience. You will be able to demonstrate working to strict deadlines, working with many different stakeholders and excellent data analytical experience.
