SalaryThe Finance Officers are part of the Accountancy Team and provide important roles in the processing of Sundry Debtors, Creditors, Cashiering Services.
We are looking to recruit a Finance Officer to join the busy Payments and Cashier team, within the Accountancy team. The Cashiers Team and Payments team process invoices from across most areas of Council services. All the Councils income is processed by the Cashiers service.
The Finance Officers are a small and experienced team, and the successful applicant will receive training to enable them to fulfil their duties and responsibilities. The post will be aligned to the Payments and Cashiers service area. However, the Finance Officer is a generic role and there will be further opportunities for other Finance Officer duties in the future.
The role would ideally suit one full-time person.
