Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Fit Out Manager to oversee the successful execution of our various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Effectively communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively implement solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Foster a collaborative and positive working environment among project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit out in the construction industry, preferably within central London.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required).
