Your key responsibilities will be to manage the front of house team during service whilst overseeing all guests, making sure every one enjoys an attentive, fun, informed and personalised service.
The Role
- You will be a confident, polite and energetic individual with at least 1 year's management experience in high-volume, high-quality restaurants
- Responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
- You will have fantastic communications skills and ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
- Train and support the team; provide service briefings and liaise between the kitchen and the floor
- Make sure the restaurant is open and closed professionally and safely
- Confident in delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading a team
- Commitment to work with a great time both front and back of house
- Professional understanding and knowledge of all Health & Safety rules and hygiene standards
- A passion and interest in the hospitality industry
- You will be reporting to the General Manager
