Hubbard’s florist is looking to recruit a Florist Assistant

Working hours 9-2pm

hubbards florist is a thriving flotist dedicated to providing exceptional floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions. We are passionate about creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Florist Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist our experienced florists in various tasks, including but not limited to:

- Preparing floral arrangements according to customer specifications

- Processing incoming flowers and plants

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace

- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

- Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients and fulfilling their orders with care and attention to detail

- Supporting florists during event setups and breakdowns

- general housekeeping

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a floral shop or related field is preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Passion for flowers and a willingness to learn and grow in the floral industry
