The Lane consists of an all-day offering, including artisan coffees and decadent bespoke cocktails in Cecil's Bar and Lounge, Regency Afternoon Teas and lavish receptions in the Grand Saloon, and fine wines and nibbles on our Terraces overlooking Covent Garden. In addition to our daily offering, The Lane also has a number of beautiful Front of House spaces, which lend themselves perfectly to private events, meetings, receptions, launches, private dining and much more.
We have already come a long way in developing our Destination Venue, but there are still many opportunities to grow the business in new directions. We are looking for an F&B Manager with leadership abilities and proven experience in developing and implementing new systems and ways of working, to help drive this process forwards. You will be able to demonstrate your background in overseeing a large F&B operation, maximising commercial success while maintaining the highest of standards. You will have a thorough understanding of service in a busy F&B environment, and will have the skills and knowledge to ensure the team delivers a five star service.
