Responsibilities:
- Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the West Midlands
- Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
- Hold a small caseload of foster carers
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- A driver
- Experience as a Senior Practitioner or higher
- Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
