FP&A Analyst - £60,000 - £65,000 - High Wycombe - Hybrid - ACA First Time Mover

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a fantastic, well-known company based in High Wycombe on their recruitment of an FP&A Analyst to join their team, operating on a hybrid working basis which offers 2 days working from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for a first time mover from an Audit background looking to make their move out of practice and into the world of commercial finance & FP&A. The role suits someone who is strategically-minded with a flair for producing complex analysis and improving processes.

This FP&A Analyst role includes the following duties:

• Generate complex financial analysis relevant to company performance across various departments.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team and their direct reports on a regular basis, utilising financial data to provide insights into business performance and aid decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes, ensuring their robustness and repeatability.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning business-wide.
• Showcase proficiency in breaking down numerical data and deriving commercial recommendations from it.
• Provide appropriate challenge when necessary with stakeholders in order to assist in achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate for this FP&A Analyst role will have the following experience:

• ACA Qualified (from a Top 10 Audit Firm)
• First-Time Mover looking to make their first move into industry
• Strong analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to identify and implement areas of improvement
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong analytical mind
