After successfully securing a £45million investment to fuel our ongoing growth and to further invest in our AI products, we are hiring for an FP&A Analyst.
The FP&A team plays a key role in providing accurate information and insight to internal and external, financial and non-financial stakeholders. The role is vital for the business to make key decisions in its planning processes and will report into the Senior FP&A Analyst.
As an FP&A Analyst with Napier, you will join a growing team to assist in supporting departments across the business with financial reporting and analysis. A core part of the role will involve producing and maintaining KPI’s and financial models to support decision-making and preparation of investment cases, supporting the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles and conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance.
The role of FP&A Analyst is a key role in our current growth plans, and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the FinTech / Scale up space. The successful candidate will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience within a similar role and will be an excellent communicator who can build strong cross functional relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will be a problem solver, who thrives on working autonomously (although of course you will be part of a great team too)!
The day to day: FP&A Analyst
- Develop and maintain an understanding of commercial pricing principles
- Maintain the live planning and forecasting tool as well as weekly KPI reporting
- Involvement in annual budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for investors
- Conduct monthly business partnering with internal stakeholders
Do you have what it takes?
- 1-2 years of experience working in a finance team (and it would be great if you also had experience within budgeting and planning)
- A university graduate with at least a bachelor's degree
- CIMA, ACCA, or ACA part-qualified or other study towards another professional qualification is preferred
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skill
