Highly regarded organisation based in Penzance , Cornwall is looking to recruit a permanent Office based Administrator/Receptionist. This role could be offered on a full time (37.5 hrs) or Part-time (22.5 hrs) basis. The full time role would involve reception and admin/finance duties
This role is an interested and varied and duties will involve:
General Administration
Finance (if full time)
inputting data on to computer system
Taking telephone calls from third party individuals
Reception duties
Contacting parents/relatives with regard to attendance matters
Work as part of a friendly team
