A background in these areas would be beneficial. A “can do” attitude along with an ability to keep calm under pressure at times of conflicting priorities is also essential to the role., , As the role will involve daily interaction with our Service Users, Staff and external visitors, a friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills is very important, but above all, you will need to be patient, kind and compassionate.
