Working days & hours:
40.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 9:00pm-5:30pm
Friday 8:30am-3:00pm

Please note the location of our office is Wick Saint Lawrence and is not well serviced by public transport.
Duties for our Customer Service Advisor include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls from external parties and responding accordingly
- Responding to website enquiries via the phone and email
- Diary management for Technicians
- Taking card payments
- Outbound calls to contracts
- Outbound calls to generate new business
- Sending appointment reminders and feedback requests
- Ensuring up to date paperwork is available for Technicians
- Typing and sending contracts and documents
- General admin duties
To be considered for this role you must:
- Have excellent knowledge and skills of computers including outlook, word, and excel
- Be able to demonstrate your ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with customers in person, on the phones, and in writing
- Self-motivated and self-sufficient, as we do not believe in micro-management
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Positive attitude
- Good sense of humour and able to deal with high-pressure, fast pace environment.
- Some form of sales experience is preferred but not essential
Our ideal candidate will have experience in appointment booking/diary management. Knowledge of the Bristol, Weston, and Gloucestershire areas would be an advantage.
