Our client is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their executives and contribute to the smooth operation of their organisation in a fully remote capacity.
The role will require you being responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executives, managing their calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for preparing and reviewing documents, conducting research, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Previous Virtual Assistance and hospitality experience is required.
