Are you an experienced VA looking for additional clients or someone thinking about starting a career as a VA?
The VA hub is currently looking to increase their portfolio of VA’s ready to work for a variety of clients based predominantly in the UK. This is a unique and exciting prospect. Be self-employed but without the hassle of having to find new clients!
We are particularly looking for an Essex based VA with Lettings experience to support a local Lettings agent with general administration and viewings covering the Rayleigh, Benfleet and Wickford areas.
The Virtual Assistant Hub Ltd is an intermediary that matches VA’s with suitable clients, handling all the small details in between to allow for long term professional working relationships to grow. Being self-employed can be daunting so why not let the VA hub support you on your way.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for experienced or new VA’s to join our hub with the few to working on various of our client base. These are predominantly remote assignments and cover a variety of industries but in an administrative capacity.
We will need you to be flexible, but you can expect the assignments to include:
- Diary management
- Booking meetings and office space
- Email management
- Arranging travel and itineraries
- Visa administration
- Financial administration - sending and chasing industries
- And any other projects that are required!
These assignments will need a 'can do’ attitude as we never know what the clients will ask us to deliver; yet we pride ourselves on accepting the challenge head on.
What will you need:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience of working in a self-managing role
- The ability to work on your own initiative with good self-motivation
- First class communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Work well under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines
- Be IT proficient
- Good Word, Excel and Analytical skills
- Have amazing attention to detail
- Be happy to work from home, virtual office, online or local travel when necessary
