My client based in Huntingdon is currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Account Manager to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Your job will be to maintain and develop relationships with many customers and to ensure that all orders placed are processed and dealt with in a timely manner and delivered to school on time.
MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH
Responsibilities:
- Being able to deliver excellent customer service to customers and enjoy dealing with people
- Gain exceptional knowledge of the products and services that are offered
- The ability to use CRM and order database to ensure all information is kept up to date (Training will be given)
- Entering jobs onto the order database and ensuring the information is current throughout the production process
- Tracking jobs throughout their progress
- Checking proofs where necessary
- Proof reading where necessary
- Being able to provide a concise quote for various products where necessary
- The ability to use an online proof reading system (training given)
- Assisting the customers with any questions they have
- Have a problem solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries, complaints and problems
- Being able to communicate with customers by telephone, email and mail
- Updating the customer user information on the database - daily
- Ensuring dispatch information is up-to-date
- Supporting the customer services manager, supervisor and fellow colleagues where needed
- Other tasks as required from time to time
