They provide full training. Additionally, in conjunction with their jobs, the Pension Administrators are financially supported to study for and take Chartered Insurance Institute exams to gain professional qualifications such as the Certificate in Financial Services. In addition, in-house training is regularly scheduled, while staff mentors provide training and guidance daily.
Progression for the Graduate Administrator role:
The role pays £20,000 to start, increasing to £21,500 on passing probation at 6 months and £23,000 at 12 months. If you perform well in the role you can expect your salary and responsibilities to increase quickly. Salaries are not capped and are based on knowledge and performance.
