Graduate Manager - Supporting our UG and PG students to gain employment.

About our role: As Graduate Manager you will have the skills to develop and implement effective graduate employability plans and initiatives to support QA Higher Education's commitment to improving graduate outcomes.
Here's some of what's involved: (click through to view the full JD)
Support the creation and delivery of strategic goals that relate to graduate success and those set by the OFS.
Create and maintain a database of graduate outcomes, ensuring its accuracy and data security.
Analyse and present graduate outcomes data that help inform and shape strategies to improve metrics.
Manage a small team of graduate advisors who will work day to day with graduates to support their employability ambitions and promote the Graduate Outcomes Survey.
Working with members of the Student Futures and Careers Team, undertake activities that foster the ongoing relationship with QAHE and our graduates.
