Key tasks:
- Putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do
- Developing new international markets, going direct and through distribution
- Increasing productivity, quality and yield
- Capitalising on superior technical capability, growing market share and profitability
- Structuring the business for sale
The Person
- An experienced business leader, ideally from within the high-volume, precision machined component sector
- Able to demonstrate "hands on" experience of driving significant profitable growth, whilst delivering industry leading levels of quality and customer service
- Experience of structuring a business for sale would be highly desirable but is not essential
- An excellent communicator and enthusiastic crusader for change, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Personal credibility, integrity, vision and drive
