Role:
As the Group Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our upscale care provider. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with individuals and families of high net worth, ensuring our luxury residences become their preferred choice. Your expertise in managing multi-site operations and teams will be crucial in maintaining our impeccable standards and delivering an unparalleled experience to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Oversee the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competition, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within luxury hotels, hospitality, private members clubs, or prime real estate.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations and/or large teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of luxury.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership.
- Knowledge of the high-net-worth market and an understanding of the luxury care sector is advantageous.
