Rose Bruford College is seeking a Head ofAcademic Data Systems and Statutory Returns who will have overall responsibility for the College’s student records system, for the maintenance and accuracy of student and curriculum data, and for leading on associated system and process improvements. You will be the official institutional Data Contact for HESA and the Office for Students (OfS) and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time statutory data returns are made (eg for HESES/Data Futures, the Aggregate Offshore Record, NSS and Graduate Outcomes and also to the Student Loan Company and other external loan agencies). You will line manage the small Data Support team. You will have forensic attention to detail and strong IT skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is knowledgeable and ambitious, with a professional and positive attitude, project management knowhow and great interpersonal skills. You will be supported in the opportunity to drive forward improvements to our current student records infrastructure, internal reporting capacity, and processes. Previous experience of Thesis QL would be an advantage.
