SalarySearch are working with an exciting PE backed business who are looking for an FP&A Manager to join their growing finance function. This is a great time to join and exponentially expanding organisation who pride themselves on their culture and building a business on trust.
This role will look after a small Commercial Finance function, working with some high calibre finance professionals you'll help them develop and provide relevant support where necessary. Alongside this you'll support on post merger integration and take owner of the budget and forecasting cycle reporting directly into the the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full budgeting cycle
- Analysis on key elements of the budgeting
- Ownership of quarterly forecasting
- Liaise with relevant non finance professionals within the business to understand their financial queries
- Business partner with all arms of the organisation
- Work with Marketing and sales to drive profitability
Person:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Relevant experience within FP&A
- Ability to lead a small team
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven ability to business partner with senior leaders
