JOB TITLE: Head of Customer Engagement, Consumer Lending
SALARY: £99,935 - £142,380
LOCATION(S): Nationwide
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this opportunity
The Head of Customer Engagement, Consumer Lending is a critical leadership team role within the Chief Customer Office (CCO). It owns the relationship and is a trusted engagement partner into four market-leading lending businesses within Lloyds Banking Group.
The Squad Lead heads a team of approx. 60 colleagues who lead on Customer Engagement and personalised marketing. The team collaborates very closely with multiple other teams to provide a joined-up proposition and marketing approach for our customers. The focus is cross-brand, supporting Lloyds, Halifax, BOS, MBNA, Blackhorse and others.
The role is commercially significant for the Group, supporting millions of Customers and over £330bn of lending balances.

  • Lead, motivate and further build a team of brilliant marketing professionals
  • Lead multiple Managing Director level business relationships
  • Be commercial and data led, potentially but not necessarily with experience of lending products or other financial services products
