Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic Employee Relations programs that enhance workplace satisfaction and performance.

• Lead on vast TUPE projects ensuring communication is clear and minimal risk. 

• Navigate and ensure compliance with employment laws, minimising legal risks for the business.

• Act as a liaison between management and employees, fostering open communication and conflict resolution.

• Design and execute training initiatives to promote professional development and overall employee well-being.

• Spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that celebrates differences and embraces equality.

• Manage and engage a team of 6 HR professionals ensuring they are being developed and progressing their skills. 

Key skills required:

• Proven experience in HR leadership, specialising in Employee Relations.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic mindset with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
