Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic Employee Relations programs that enhance workplace satisfaction and performance.
Lead on vast TUPE projects ensuring communication is clear and minimal risk.
Navigate and ensure compliance with employment laws, minimising legal risks for the business.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, fostering open communication and conflict resolution.
Design and execute training initiatives to promote professional development and overall employee well-being.
Spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that celebrates differences and embraces equality.
Manage and engage a team of 6 HR professionals ensuring they are being developed and progressing their skills.
Key skills required:
Proven experience in HR leadership, specialising in Employee Relations.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture.
