Your new company

A highly successful department part of the University of Oxford is recruiting a Head of Finance to lead their finance management team. You will be part of one the largest and most complex business units as the Head of the management team, providing high-quality finance leadership and direction to members of the Department.

Your new role

As the Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function that includes two deputies, five Finance Managers and their teams, in addition to a shared service team. You will be responsible for the development of strategic business relationships, strategic capital planning, financial management/forecasting and professional development for members of the finance team and the wider professional services community. What you'll need to succeed

You must be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (essential) with post-qualified experience in a similar role and proven and demonstrable experience in foreign exchange management (essential). Experience in Oracle Financial or Sage will be highly advantageous. You must live local to Oxford and must not require sponsorship (essential).
