Wingrove Motor Company is approaching 100 years of trading, having been founded in the 1920’s. The Company, the motor industry and the world, have experienced huge changes in that time and Wingrove is now into its fifth generation of family ownership.

As a company Wingrove are entering a new Era as they approach their centenary. Having recently secured 7 new contracts, the foundations are in place for future growth. 2024 will see the launch of two iconic brands back into the North East, Alfa Romeo & Jeep. These brands will add to their additional new car portfolio and support growth plans for the years ahead.
Going into 2024, Wingrove have four main revenue streams, covering new car sales, used car sales, service sales and body repair centre sales.
Role Summary
As the Head of Finance you will form part of the Leadership Team alongside the Managing Director and Commercial Director. You will actively contribute to forming and executing the business strategy, acting as a true finance partner to your colleagues. There is an opportunity to raise standards in finance, ensuring the right infrastructure is in place to support future growth.
Requirements
Prior experience of working in automotive retail is expected. You may be an established finance lead, or someone looking to grow with the business. An ability and willingness to be visible across the organisation is a must.
