A well-known and well-loved international charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support one of their key directorates in the delivery of robust management reporting and financial analysis. This charity has supported millions of people globally to enjoy a safer and better quality of life, working in partnership with governments, charities and local partners to deliver its mission.
Sitting within the wider UK finance team, you will work closely with the Head of Finance Business Partnering to ensure key professional relationships with stakeholder groups are developed and maintained to deliver sound and accurate financial information. Your duties will include, though won't be limited to, the following:
- In liaison with your stakeholder group, develop multi-year financial plans for the directorate
- Support budget-holders in understanding key budgetary and financial management competencies and train in self-reporting standards
- Working with key non-finance budget-holders to advise on financial aspects of their operational planning
- Ensure completion of monthly management reporting information (month end reporting, accruals etc.)
- Work with the wider team to develop insightful dashboards to contribute to key financial decisions

Your Background and Skills:
- You will be a qualified accountant (finalist level also considered)
- An interest in and passion for working for an international development organisation is a must
- A demonstrable ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders
