Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CEO:
Manage strategic finance matters, including monthly accounting, reporting, budgets, and annual finance planning.
Lead and inspire finance teams, fostering their development and ensuring peak performance.
Work closely with the wider senior leadership team, communicating and sharing insights on analysis, trends, and actions.
Oversee day-to-day finance processes and monthly management accounts.
