Head Of Finance

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Head of Finance for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information for decision-making
• Generate and analyze financial reports, presenting key insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws.
• Oversee cash flow planning and optimize financial performance through effective cash management
• Play a key role in leading the foods business strategy including preparation of the foods division budgets and analysis reports.

Requirements:

• A fully qualified Accountant with proven experience
• Experience in FMCG industry (essential)
• Strong knowledge of implementing financial management systems
• Drive and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives for the function
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm
