Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Finance to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy and performance within our organization. This role will be pivotal in supporting our growth objectives and ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
