The business was founded 10 years ago and have grown significantly holding key customers to import world renowned products for both on-trade and off-trade. The business has navigated the market well and are investing in new technologies to support their organic growth.

Description

The Head of Finance will lead the day to day running of the finance function and will be responsible for:

• Leading, inspiring and developing the finance team
• Value add analysis and support to drive commercial decisions
• Lead the budget and forecast process
• Support the operations with efficiency and transformation
• Lead the audit
• Support the Tech implementation
• Support on HR and Legal matters

Profile

The successful Head of Finance will be:

• A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstrable experience in both Financial Control, Commercial Finance and FP&A
• A track record of leading and developing a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
• Commercially aware
