Form of workAn international real estate and property business is recruiting for a Head of Finance Systems Program Manager. This is a highly visible role implementing Workday Financials across the group, whilst managing the wider change agenda within the organisation.
As the Head of Finance Systems Program Manager, you will be:
- Leading transformational change working with local teams across countries
- Working within the finance leadership team to gather requirements and effectively scope and outline Workday's capabilities in line with the business need
- Reporting to the CFO and working to manage stakeholder and steering committee requirements
- Implementing new financial processes and reports through Workday Financials and various other systems such as the TMS
The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with experience with Workday Financial being essential. Experience implementing and operating at a superuser level is highly beneficial. You will also have prior experience across FP&A, financial control and familiarity with transactional processes.
